I really liked the peer review guidelines that my group constructed. There were some parts of the original peer review guidelines that we did not feel were necessary, so we made the optional. We also added in to make suggestions only if needed. We didn’t feel any need to point out a claim in someone else’s paper because they know where their own claims are. We also made it so that the peer review focused on what the four of us wanted most from our partners. I feel really prepared to review amy peer’s paper in the future outside of english class. I know to firth think globally, then to think locally. I can think back to the guidelines we made and use things such as MLA suggestions, comments on transitions, and suggestions for claims/evidence.
